Do you deliver across France?

Petit Gros delivers across the entire French metropolitan territory within 72 hours. In our free zone (25 km radius around Lille and Arras), the first order is free from €100 ex-VAT. Outside the zone, fees are calculated based on weight and destination. International deliveries are considered case by case.

Petit Gros ships orders within 72 hours after validation. Inside our delivery zone (Lille, Arras and 25 km around), the lead time is 48 hours. For the rest of France, expect 3 to 7 business days depending on the carrier. Any delays are communicated by phone before shipping.

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product from Petit Gros, report the issue on the carrier's delivery slip upon receipt, then confirm in writing within 48 hours to sav@petitgros.com with photos and order number. Customer service handles the claim within 5 business days: replacement, credit or refund.
